By RSVPing to a pizza party event, the parent or legal guardian of each participating child agrees to the following:

• Their child is in good physical health and able to participate in supervised activities including fun games and exercises.
• They grant permission for their child to participate in all activities provided at the event.
• They release, discharge, and hold harmless , its owners, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, liability, or damages arising from their child's participation in the event.
• They consent to emergency medical treatment being administered to their child if deemed necessary by staff or emergency personnel.
• They are responsible for supervising their own child and any guests they bring to the event.
